Lauren Conrad at the VMA's

Lauren Conrad a.k.a. LC from Mtv series The Hills looked absolutely flawless last night. But the problem is...she wont tell anybody where she got her dress from lol. I wonder if she made it? hmmmm? anyways I would love to rock something like this for my bday definetly a must!!!
